As a Health Coach, my role is to help you meet your goals, not necessarily to steer you in the direction of any one diet. That said, most of us know what foods have worked best in the past to optimize our workouts, digestion, weight goals and even sleep. After purchase I will contact you to find out exactly what you are looking for (vegan, keto, paleo, don’t like fish, allergic to nuts etc.) and then I will build you a meal plan based on your preferences and the number of days you have selected. My meal plans are fully comprehensive and include prep tips, full grocery lists, and recipes.
